Michael Rene Garcia, 29, of Andrews passed away Tuesday February 21, 2012 in Andrews, Texas.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Monday, February 27, 2012 at Filadelfia Assembly of God Church in Andrews. Pastor Samuel Emilliano will officiate. Services are under the direction of McNett Funeral Home.

Michael was born January 7, 1983 in Del Rio, Texas. He served in the U.S. Army from 2000-2005. He moved to Andrews in 2005 from Sonora, Texas.
He worked as a salesman for Royal T Energy.  He loved his children and would do anything for them; he loved to take his wife and kids out to the oil field with him. He loved people and enjoyed helping when he could and he loved to make people laugh.

He is survived by his wife, Myrna Castillo of Andrews, children, Yasmin McDonald, Mya Garcia, Mia Garcia, Jesse Garcia, Michael Garcia and Reina Garcia; his father, Charles Tidwell; his mother, Rosa Rios; half-brother Jonathan Rios; half-sisters, Davina Faulkner and Cassandra Rios; mother and father-in-law, Fidel and Juanita Nino and brother-in-law, Geno Nino.
