Greta was born the oldest of 4 children on October 14, 1940, in Peacock, TX to H.J. & Zina Daniels Patterson. She attended Andrews schools and graduated in 1958. Following high school, she attended the University of Tulsa and achieved the top graduating senior with honors BSBA in 1972.
